Does the guest have to download an app?+
No. The guide opens straight in the browser when they scan the QR. Zero friction for the guest.
Does the QR change with each booking?+
No. It’s permanent: print it once and leave it at the property. You edit the content and it updates by itself.
What languages does the guide show in?+
It adapts automatically to the guest’s browser language. We keep adding languages.
Can I manage several properties?+
Yes. Manage all your units from one panel; each with its own guide and QR.
What if I take a property off the market for a few months?+
Archive it and it drops off the invoice, with the proration credited right away; reactivate it and it counts again. If it is your only property, keep in mind that an active subscription costs the one-apartment minimum: for a long break it is better to cancel and come back when the season starts.
Can I give someone else access?+
Yes, at no extra cost and with no user limit. Each person signs in with their own account and role: your cleaner can see check-in details without being able to edit anything.
